I have the pleasure of living in a three-bedroom townhome with a rooftop balcony at The Marq, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The layout is both spacious and functional, featuring 2 1/2 baths that are perfect for accommodating family and guests alike. One of the standout features of this townhome is the rooftop balcony. It offers a fantastic outdoor space to relax, entertain, or simply enjoy the 360-degree views of the Wasatch and Stansbury mountains. There's something special about having that extra space to unwind after a long day. The two-car garage is another significant advantage, providing ample storage and convenience. It keeps everything organized and offers easy access to your vehicle, especially during inclement weather. I absolutely love the cute common areas throughout the community. They are beautifully designed and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors. Whether it's a quick stroll or a gathering with friends, these spaces add a lovely touch to the overall experience at The Marq. Overall, I highly recommend The Marq townhomes for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable living space with modern amenities and a vibrant community feel. It's definitely worth a visit!

By far the best townhomes in the area. The amenities are great, the grounds are well kept and you’re close to everything Salt Lake has to offer! Alyssa, the Assistant Manager, is so kind and helpful. Any concerns or questions are addressed timely and completely. Maintenance will make sure to take care of any issues as quickly as possible as well. We love calling The Marq home!

Alyssa was super helpful, friendly and informative with our move-in. She made sure that we had everything ready by our move-in date and communicated frequently as we got ready to pick up keys. The manager, John, made sure that we got into a townhome that met our needs and was also extremely professional, friendly and communicative throughout the process as well. If you’re looking for a townhome close to the city with everything you need within walking distance, this is the place.

This has been a great community! From the time I met with Alyssa, the property manager, for a showing of the townhomes to becoming a resident I've been really pleased with The Marq. This is the best property management and maintenance team I've ever rented from! Everything was extremely clean & working well from the time I moved in. The few concerns I had were addressed quickly. I LOVE having an attached garage and the unit layout is spacious, practical, and fresh looking. The people living here are great for me--everyone pretty much keeps to themselves and it's generally pretty quiet. But folks are also quick to help when needed. I also cannot reiterate enough how wonderful of a property manager Alyssa is. She's considerate, easy-going, and does everything she can to ensure residents are having a good experience.

The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and communicate well. In general, the property stays clean and is an all around comfortable place to live (the units are nice and updated). I'll say a major highlight is that the property manager is very helpful and follows through with what she says she will do. It's close proximity to downtown SLC as well as many other retail and grocery stores nearby. Good mountain views, too.

Our dishwasher was being funky and the maintenance team got out there ASAP!! Cleaned the filter for us but it still wasn’t working right… maintenance came back and found a part needed replacing, fixed it day of, and now it’s good as new! 👍 they are awesome, work super quick, and listen to you!
