The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and communicate well. In general, the property stays clean and is an all around comfortable place to live (the units are nice and updated). I'll say a major highlight is that the property manager is very helpful and follows through with what she says she will do. It's close proximity to downtown SLC as well as many other retail and grocery stores nearby. Good mountain views, too.

Maintenance
Our dishwasher was being funky and the maintenance team got out there ASAP!! Cleaned the filter for us but it still wasn’t working right… maintenance came back and found a part needed replacing, fixed it day of, and now it’s good as new! 👍 they are awesome, work super quick, and listen to you!

My plans changed and we didn't end up moving in, but the apartments are really nice. Alyssa was really helpful!

Alyssa is super nice and informative! Very educated and has made the application process very smooth. Staff cares about the property and it’s a very well taken care of community.

The place is great, big layout, open kitchen all appliances was new. No disturbance, we had a few repair needed, maintenance took care of it right away. one neighbors was weird to us and it was taking care of right away.The living room is definitely quiet proof. It didn't have any amenities for kids and my Son wanted a basketball hoop. They even have a hot CLEAN pool, which I think I got kicked out a few times because I stayed there for too long. I enjoy paying the rent 😆 🤣 it eas worth staying for my sanity of cleaning after my children everyday.

I love living at these townhomes! They are trendy, clean, and have great natural lighting. Easy access to a number of grocery stores, restaurants, and Herman Franks dog park. The property manager Natalie and staff are very thoughtful and will work with you through any issues. There is a great little pool and hangout area, and my neighbors have become friends, definitely giving a great community feel!
